Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions constitute the agreement between you and Leamington Spa Airport Cabs. By booking a taxi and utilizing our service, you unequivocally acknowledge and accept the terms and conditions outlined in this agreement.

Definitions

  • Leamington Spa Airport Cabs, referred to as “we” or “us,” denotes the service-providing company. The terms “you” and “your” encompass any individual, business, or company making a booking with us.

Booking

  • 2.1 Adequate time must be allocated for the journey to ensure timely arrival, especially for airport transfers with specific check-in times. Leamington Spa Airport Cabs will not be held responsible for delays resulting from your failure to allocate sufficient time or being unprepared for collection at the designated time.

2.2 It is your responsibility to request a car of suitable size for passengers and luggage. Leamington Spa Airport Cabs does not guarantee the accommodation of excess luggage. Please note that a child, regardless of age, is considered a single passenger.

2.3 Requests for wheelchair access should be made during the booking process.

Prices & Payment

  • 3.1 Our quotation is based on information provided by you. Prices, unless explicitly stated, exclude VAT, which will be added if applicable. We reserve the right to adjust the quoted amount for material changes to the itinerary.

3.2 The quote includes a 45-minute waiting period after the specified landing time and covers airport parking costs. Any waiting time beyond this period will be charged at the standard waiting rate. While we aim to accommodate flight delays, it is not obligatory.

3.3 Upon accepting our quote, you will receive a booking confirmation. It is your responsibility to review and ensure its accuracy. Failure to notify Leamington Spa Airport Cabs of any discrepancies absolves us of responsibility for resulting delays or costs.

3.4 Payments can be made in cash, credit card, or debit card for our services.

The Service

  • 4.1 Passenger behavior during the journey is your responsibility. Charges may apply for cleaning costs if the vehicle is soiled, damaged, or negatively impacted by a passenger.

4.2 Eating, drinking, or smoking is prohibited in the vehicle.

4.3 Children in the car must be appropriately restrained based on their height, weight, and age.

4.4 Carrying more passengers than permitted by licensing or insurance is not allowed.

Cancellations

  • 5.1 Promptly contact us to cancel a booking. Cancellation charges apply if a vehicle is canceled after dispatch, based on the time and distance covered by the driver.

5.2 Online bookings may incur charges upon pre-dispatch cancellation.

Liability

  • 6.1 While we strive for on-time arrivals, we are not liable for losses due to uncontrollable delays. Leamington Spa Airport Cabs is not responsible for any losses incurred by you or your business.

6.2 Luggage is carried at your own risk.

6.3 In case of a breakdown, we will provide an alternative car to expedite your journey.

6.4 You indemnify Leamington Spa Airport Cabs for expenses, damages, costs, or losses resulting from any omission or act by anyone in your party.

6.5 No party involved can exclude or limit liability for personal injury, death caused by negligence, fraudulent misrepresentation, or wilful default, or any matter deemed unenforceable by applicable laws.

Termination

  • 7.1 We reserve the right to terminate or refuse a booking immediately if any vehicle or driver is jeopardized by abuse, violence, or damage from you or other passengers. No refunds will be provided for terminated journeys.

Miscellaneous

  • 8.1 Leamington Spa Airport Cabs may subcontract obligations as outlined in this agreement. You may not assign, delegate, or transfer any rights or obligations under this agreement.

8.2 Terms and conditions may be altered by Leamington Spa Airport Cabs at any time by updating this page. Regularly review these terms for changes. Existing bookings will be honored at the rates in effect at the time of booking.

8.3 We handle information following the Data Protection Act of 1988.

8.4 This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between Leamington Spa Airport Cabs and yourself.

8.5 No provision in these terms and conditions confers benefits to a third party. No third party has the right to enforce rights under this agreement without a written agreement.

Disputes

  • Any dispute or claim must be made within 30 days from the booking pickup date. Claims or disputes made after this timeframe will not be entertained by Leamington Spa Airport Cabs.
